Sweetened condensed milk

Ultra-thick, intensely sweet canned milk with 40% of its water removed. The base of fudge, dulce de leche (simmer sealed in water 2–3 hours), and countless no-bake desserts. Do not substitute evaporated milk. It has no sugar.
